Frequently Asked Questions

How does the card value lookup work?

Enter any card name — player, year, set, card number — and we search eBay for recent listings to show you the average price, low, and high. You'll also see thumbnail images from actual listings so you can verify you're looking at the right card.

Are these sold prices or listing prices?

These are current eBay Buy It Now listing prices, sorted by relevance to your search. We calculate the average after removing outliers. For actual sold/completed data, click 'View Sold Listings on eBay' to see what cards have actually transacted for.

What affects sports card value?

Player performance, rarity, condition, and market demand. Rookie cards, serial numbered parallels, autographs, and refractors typically command higher prices. Graded cards from PSA, BGS, or SGC with high grades (9 or 10) often sell for multiples of their raw card value.

How often are prices updated?

Prices are pulled live from eBay when you search. For cards in our database, we also cache and refresh pricing every 3 to 14 days depending on how popular the card is.

How much is my baseball card worth?

Type your card into the search bar above — include the player name, year, and set if you know it. We'll show you current eBay prices so you can estimate what your baseball card, football card, or trading card is worth. For the most accurate value, compare your card's condition to the listings shown.

Is this a sports card price calculator?

It's a live price tracker and value estimator, not a static calculator. Instead of using outdated price guides, we pull real-time eBay listings every time you search. Think of it as a sports card value finder that shows you what collectors are actually paying right now.
